oh i had SO much going on last week i could cry. lolz. friday: 0530 wake up n finish work n go to college. 0800 class argh. lots of work. 1145 go to TCPJ to get stove. car nearly gets clamped. nearly scream. car is NOT clamped. i drive to the barrier place to go thru the back and GOODNESS it's stuck. so after the 3 cars behind me back out i back out. then the guard says turn left (into the inner barrier thingy). GOOOODNESSSSS it's stuck too. (like duh, it's the same mechanical system?) wait til the bar goes up and go in and then i realize i have no ticket so i'm stuck at the other end. press the intercom n get angry. guard lets me out. drive back to TCSJ like a madwoman. 1330 give presentation 30 minutes late because i had the STUPID car incident thing. but it was a good presentation, yay. 1415 go with liberata, jon, kana & chriz to pick up pens from holiday villa. drop liberata at college. go to ******** to collect nuggets. drive back to college and drop people back and go for the performance meeting for the conference on sat. later, search for waffle spreads in little mini marts. get the waffle stuff to put in my car. 1830 have dinner with cousin rebekah & aunty helen & aunty angeline & mom. then go to carrefour to buy flowers, juice, spreads, etc. then finally come home. 2200 do preparations for my workshops the next day - presenting on peacekeeping so i made extra stuff. lots of emailing, updating, etc. getting food stuff ready (i was in charge of food.) transition to saturday: 0000 try to get some sleep 0030 talking to cousin. she feels hungry. dad comes home from jakarta. 0100 i am at a mamak drinking nescafe ice. do i look like i have a choice here? 0200 cutting onions and garlic. marinating the meat. joy. 0300 finally, sleep again. 0330 BLOODY alarm rang. start preparing ingredients and cooking pasta sauce for 40-50 people. 0530 finish cooking pasta sauce. smells awesome tho. 0700 do some more last minute editing to the slides and all for the workshop. wake cousin and get ready for church. yeah i had breakfast, can't remember what i ate. 0900 play piano for church. sing, go thru the sabbath school lesson. leave before the closing song. thank God for you, amanda. 1045 arrived at college, set stuff up in the cafeteria for the food stalls. make signboards. 1130 singing practise again. we sing, then we go and prepare our classroom for the workshop. 1230 people start calling me for their tickets. argh! they should've collected it earlier laaaaaa. 1300 conference starts. i can SIT DOWN. gosh. next to peter too. *angels sing* 1355 run up to the room to prepare for the workshop. the workshop went really well tho - even mr frank said he liked it. i'm so glad. 1500 go to get the food out of the cafeteria to prepare so that there will be teatime goodies to sell. it's a groupwork session and we come up with this slogan: "Plastic is Spastic, Vote for Tote!" 1600 see the terrorism workshop. it was quite nice all in all. peter sorta terrorized rebecca. 1700 final speaker from m'sian aids council. nice guy with an interesting message. 1745 go to cafeteria and prepare food for the dinner. 1800 people eat pasta like crazy. i microwave like crazy. not enough sauce. we sell out early. 1900 go to buy new pasta sauce, sell a few more bowls n all. sing "we are the world" 2000 clean up and drive home. FINALLY, that's over. that was fraturday. :) but my world issues classes are very interesting. more later.

finals in two weeks. gosh! i am soooooo elated about yesterday. the fact that it went so well, and the fact that's it's over and we can move on from there!!! to the people in the food committee, GREAT JOB! our revenue was around RM800 and our profit was around RM500 but if we sell off the lollipops we'll have RM600 to give UNICEF and the Malaysian AIDS council. AWESOME! also, to the people who bought up the pasta i made - thank you! i hope you liked it. to gloria, aish & windy - we were just AWESOME. i don't know what we were worrying about ;) it was really great to work with you guys and i'm glad we pulled off an amazing performance. to the others who helped out at the conference, whichever division you were in, your contribution was definitely important and made the conference turn out great! finally, to peter - thank you for coming to watch my workshop and thank you for being there for me!!! <3 pictures will come up soon!!! i hope. okay back to studying my international business.
